Chains and Bracelets

Chain and bracelet repairs are amongst the most common of all repair work.  If the item has snapped or has been damaged a straight forward repair can be carried out.  Should the clasp or fastener fail we carry a comprehensive stock of replacements, whether it be gold or silver.

Earrings

Should you require repairs to earrings we stock many types of ear fittings.  Post and scroll, hook wires, safety wires, continental fittings and many more.  Creole fittings can also be replaced very easily.  Replacement earring backs are also held in stock.

Rings

Ring repairs and alterations are another regular visitor to our goldsmiths bench.  Our services include:

Restringing

Engraving

Re-hallmarking

Essentially a quality control mark, hallmarks confirm that a test for the minimum purity of the piece has been carried out. Our re-hallmarking service enables us to re-test the item and again confirm its purity. We will then reprint the hallmark, providing you with peace of mind.
